Xzibit recounted a “wild” tale from his time hanging out with Big Pun — one featuring firearms, law enforcement, and a tour bus filled with bullet holes.

During a conversation with Bootleg Kev, X, who sports a tattoo of the late rapper, reminisced about a notably crazy experience while traveling with Pun.

“We embarked on our initial promotional tour together.” We possessed two buses. “I believe we were on the East Coast heading towards Detroit or Flint,” he stated. “Their bus malfunctions and Pun is with his family, so he says, ‘Let me board the bus.'” Thus, they are all aboard my bus.

“I was aware that the night would be wild, but I had no idea at the start of the day just how wild it would become.” They’re attempting to reach the hotel to check in because they don’t want to stay on our bus any longer since they feel they are a hindrance.

“They summoned a car, and an old-school dude with a Jheri curl got out, arriving in a limousine.” He exits with a demeanor, and it resembles a silent film — you could see through his body language that he disapproved of the situation.

“He was all like, ‘None of you motherfuckers are getting in my car!’” The entire Terror Squad is with [Pun]. I watch the guy raise his arms, and I think, ‘This isn’t going to end well!’ And all the Terror Squad members come and begin pursuing this guy around the car. “It’s the greatest thing ever [laughs].”

Xzibit’s narrative then jumps to that same night at the concert: “There’s a dude called Boobie the Boxer who is part of TS, he was performing on stage with Pun. Boobie is talking to someone in the front row; they’re experiencing another silent film [laughs].

“After that, someone throws an object and suddenly a brawl breaks out, making its way onto the stage.” And a member of the team draws a firearm and shoots it directly into the sky. Bow down! This dude took it out of a suitcase right in the center of the stage!”

After fans hurriedly left the venue in fear, X and the group made it back to their bus safely, only to find the police had shown up.

“[The shooter] tosses the muthafucking [gun] into the dumpster, but it’s empty, so [you hear clanking],” he remembered. The [police] approach it directly and point the flashlight at it as if to ask, ‘Who tossed it?’ “Thus, everyone is in handcuffs.”

The ex-Pimp My Ride host and his team were subsequently permitted to leave and returned to their hotel, where they found a group from the concert “searching for Terror Squad.”

“Now we need to execute this secret mission to load everyone onto the bus and leave [this place],” he went on. “I mean, they fired at the buses and all.” It was insane. “There was always something exciting happening [laughs].”
