WWE Women’s Champion Liv Morgan has challenged Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion to a wrestling match.
“I would love to see Cardi and Meg The Stallion,” Morgan and her tag team partner Raquel Rodriguez said in an interview with Billboard, laying down the gauntlet to the two female hip-hop stars. Meg would be amazing, in my opinion.
Additionally, they have been very active with us on Twitter, simply replying to various posts. Seeing them two in the ring would be fascinating. Meg and Cardi against us. Make it happen.
Morgan reiterated her challenge in a recent interview with the same outlet, saying: “That offer still stands for them if they want a shot at our newly crowned championships.” I would love to beat them in my hometown.
Although they have not yet answered the challenge, Cardi and Megan would not be the first female MCs to enter a WWE ring.
Sexyy Red, a lifelong fan of professional wrestling, became rough with female wrestlers Michin and Tatum Paxley during her appearance on WWE’s NXT earlier this year.
Later in the evening, she returned, twerking for NXT Champion Trick Williams and Je’von Evans before going to the ring with them to assist them defeat tag team Gallus.
Sexyy also shared a video of herself hugging WWE icon Shawn Michaels backstage and performing Michaels’ theme song, expressing how thrilled she was to meet him.
As she wrote on X after the event, the “SkeeYee” star seemed to be having a great time: “I had so much fun yall!!!”
