Waka Flocka has retracted his statement about being attacked by 10 men following the release of a photo showing him injured, and he now blames fans and the media for being naive and quickly believing in “fake news.”

The Atlanta rapper initially posted on Instagram, seemingly showcasing unique makeup, stating, “I can’t believe no one assisted me in fending off ten nixxas, but I’m still standing firm on my own two feet.”

Social media quickly overflowed with jokes, as news outlets started covering the supposed assault. Hours later, he returned with a fresh face on his Instagram Story and chuckled as he said to the camera, “Wild that you all actually believed that!”

He then went to X and stated: “The internet is so quick to accept nonsense without any research [laughing emoji] too many people just demonstrated how easy it is to trust #fakenews. Not a single media source that covered my situation contacted me or my team for confirmation… they used a caption as their main headline. Envision a reality where information isn’t verified and a single Instagram post can influence a wave of #news.

Sharing a screenshot of his posts on Instagram, Waka wrote in his caption: “Life might be a film or reality… it all depends on your perspective.. don’t forget to do your research [laughing emoji] verify your facts… and most importantly, don’t let them mislead you… because I just demonstrated how simple it is to craft a false narrative from an image [laughing emojis] #flockfacts”

However, fans in the comments did not accept it.

“Man, you uploaded it yourself,” one person remarked. Another person commented: “However, YOU shared it, and there was nothing to verify if the SOURCE had published it.”

Someone else remarked: “Ultimately…. What was the purpose?

Even Uncle Murda joined the conversation, questioning Waka Flocka: “Why are you messing with my [ninja emoji]?”

In additional news, it was revealed that Waka was not even registered to cast his vote after supporting Donald Trump.

On November 1, the Atlanta rapper went on X to express his backing for the MAGA leader, stating, “Trump for president!!!!!! “Let’s move!!!”

Two days later, a user named @LadyJMillzz quickly confronted him after verifying Waka’s voter status on the Did My Friends Vote website.

“Isn’t THIS intriguing!” she remarked alongside a screenshot revealing that the “No Hands” rapper has never participated in voting. “You’re registered but have yet to cast your vote, even for your beloved Rotting Sweet Potato.” “Step into the booth or be quiet.”

Although he didn’t directly reply to her or the numerous others criticizing him after the revelation, Waka returned to X to reinforce his position – emphasizing that his voice is “larger” than his vote.

“Stop worrying about me not voting… You’re upset because I’m aware we are second-class citizens…” he wrote. “I don’t care, but I notice who [sheep]’n… my voice is louder than my vote.. no one is pushing me around!!!” “Phony Bullies.”
