In 2025, Travis Scott will make his eighth appearance at Coachella, the well-known festival.

In a move dubbed “Travis Scott Designs The Desert,” the rapper will curate and perform at the festival, which is scheduled for April 11–13 and April 18–20.

A press release Scott issued on Wednesday (November 20) gave some more specifics, revealing that the rapper’s “Cactus Jack desert takeover” will “curate a fully immersive and experiential world within the desert.”

Scott “will debut an entirely new era of music to the world” when he performs on the Saturday night lineup on both weekends, it was also disclosed.

Coachella will have a lineup of artists that includes Scott, Post Malone, Green Day, and Lady Gaga as well as Missy Elliott, Ty Dolla $ign, Mustard, Three 6 Mafia, Megan Thee Stallion, and more.

You can view the full lineup below.

Travis Scott was supposed to be the main act at Coachella in 2020, but the COVID outbreak forced the cancellation of the entire event. After that, he was rescheduled for 2022, but the Astroworld disaster in late 2021 caused him to be removed.

More than 70,000 people signed an online petition demanding that Scott be kicked out of Coachella for his “gross negligence and sheer lack of compassion for human life” during the Astroworld disaster.

Before Yeezy canceled his headline performance just weeks before the festival, Kanye West took his place, and there were rumors that Travis would be joining him on stage.

Fans were subtly reacted to by several billboards hinting at Travis’s UTOPIA album as they drove to the Indio, California festival grounds.

The four billboards, which are allegedly situated on Palm Springs’ I-10 highway, read, “Psst……. Looking for UTOPIA? WRONG WAY!” and then Scott’s record label, Cactus Jack, logo.

Later, Cactus Jack’s official Instagram page shared pictures of the billboards, tagging Coachella as the site.

Fans appeared to find the billboards’ position humorous, as evidenced by the comment area, where one fan wrote, “Crying at this being on the road to Coachella.”

When the WWE debuts on Netflix in January, Travis Scott will appear on Monday Night Raw in addition to Coachella.

Triple H, currently WWE’s Chief Content Officer, joined La Flame on stage during his performance at ComplexCon on Sunday, November 17.

Before Travis says, “When’s the first time I can put this to the test?” Triple H is seen in the film giving Travis what he dubbed the “Hardcore Champion” title belt.

Triple H responded, “The first date for that [is] January 6 [in] Los Angeles, California.” “Live to the world at the Intuit Dome on Netflix.”

“When we say WWE goes big, we mean it,” Triple H continued after sharing the video with X. On January 6th, @trvisXX will be present live and in person at the @IntuitDome in Los Angeles for the inaugural #WWERaw of the @netflix Era. The clock is ticking.

Travis will also be writing a new theme song for RAW, according to a press statement released by Netflix on Monday, November 18. Although they didn’t specify exactly what he would be doing on January 6, it appears likely that he will sing the song that evening.
