USHER: RENDEZVOUS IN PARIS was revealed on Tuesday, July 30. It will be released in theaters worldwide from September 12 to September 15. The Grammy Award-winning R&B legend himself is the subject of the concert film, which is slated to play in about 2,000 cinemas globally, with half of those showings taking place in the US.

Usher’s eight performances at La Seine Musicale during Paris Fashion Week in 2023 will be the subject of a future documentary. Watchers may anticipate singles like “My Boo,” “Love In This Club,” and “Yeah!” from the Anthony Mandler-helmed effort.

According to a press release from Usher, “Paris was a special experience for me as an entertainer and for my fans,” Deadline reported. “I hope people who were unable to attend in person may still understand how unique it was. For those of you who attended, I hope you had a different perspective on the show and what it takes to get there.

“With his music and concerts, Usher has captivated and entertained audiences for 30 years,” said Adam Aron, CEO of AMC Theatres. He received incredible praise only a few months prior for his incredible performance in the Super Bowl Halftime Show in front of 129 million viewers. For his admirers worldwide, bringing his unmatched live experience to movie theaters is a wonderful fit for AMC Theatres Distribution.

The already amazing year of the music star is further enhanced by USHER: RENDEZVOUS IN PARIS. Apart from the extravaganza that was Super Bowl LVIII, he also received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2024 BET Awards. In addition, Summer Walker, Latto, 21 Savage, The-Dream, and other artists made their debut on his album COMING HOME, which was released in February.

It is anticipated that Usher will begin a promotional tour for the project on August 14 in Atlanta. Thereafter, it will make stops, among other places, in Philadelphia, Boston, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, and Detroit.
