The most recent project from Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign, Vultures 2, was released (nearly) on schedule.

One day after their August 2 release date was announced, the 16-song project was released in the wee hours of Saturday, August 3.

The project’s tracklist is very different from one that was purportedly posted on yeezy.com earlier this week.

Vultures 2 has been beset by delays ever since it failed to make its March 8 release deadline. Later, Kanye West declared that it would be released on May 3. However, the project once more fell through without any reason.

In May, Ty Dolla $ign stated during a livestream with Russian YouTuber Vitaly Zdorovetskiy that the album is still in the works, claiming that it will drop as soon as possible. There will be a Vultures 2 soon. It will happen shortly. Any moment now.”

At one point, Ty went so far as to say that the album would only be available on Kanye’s YZY app rather than on other streaming sites. Ye had previously expressed interest in this notion, but it didn’t work out.

Recently, scores of songs from various Vultures sessions leaked online in nearly full forms, striking the ¥$ duo as well.

Ty Dolla and Kanye West will present a Vultures “listening experience” in Taiwan on August 25. This information was made public last week.

However, more details about the location or the tickets have not yet been made public.

While the pair performed the previously released Vultures 1 at similar occasions earlier this year, the California crooner made hints that the forthcoming gig will include songs from their second collaboration record.

All he wrote in his caption was “V2.”

An analogous listening experience in South Korea on August 23 will come after the Taiwan performance, which was already announced this month.

Before, Ty Dolla $ign and Kanye West were supposed to play their debut Vultures album as part of a mini-tour around the United States. However, the tour was abruptly called off, allegedly because of “time constraints” in getting ready for the shows.

There was also a postponement of a different show at the Step Pyramid of Djoser in Egypt; no new date has been given.
