The Game is scheduled to appear in court again in order to fulfill the 2016 judgment against him in a sexual assault case, the majority of which is still outstanding.

The rapper will appear in court on October 7th, according to AllHipHop, while United States District Judge Mark C. Scarsi considers Game’s accuser Priscilla Rainey’s most recent motion.

Rainey served the rapper with fresh court filings in June, attempting to take possession of his Calabasas, California home in order to satisfy the $7 million judgment she was given eight years prior.

She also claims that in an effort to stop the move, the 44-year-old MC transferred the house’s deed to his manager, Wack 100.

After alleging that the native of Los Angeles had sexually attacked her during what she believed to be a mandatory after-hours date for the VH1 reality show She Got Game, Rainey initially filed the lawsuit in August 2015, requesting $10 million. She said that after becoming inebriated and stoned, the “Hate It Or Love It” hitmaker “put his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.”

The Game has consistently defended his innocence and refuted these accusations.

In September 2018, after a plea for a new trial was denied, Rainey made threats to sue The Game for royalties. A judge allowed her motion in 2019 so she could continue to receive the rapper’s music royalties until the $7.1 million post-judgment interest was fully paid.

Rainey asserted last year, however, that the total amount of his royalties she had received was only $383,502.39.

Early 2023 court filings state that she then turned her attention to his label, Universal Music Group, in an attempt to receive the remaining funds.

Since the beginning, The Game has refused to back down from the situation, pledging in 2016 to not give Rainey a single $1 back.

He posted on Instagram at the time, saying, “Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin shit.” “Any girl on that show will tell you that I never touched this girl or that I ever wanted to be in close proximity to her.”

She was fired from the show, so she filed this petty lawsuit—likely with the purpose of doing so even before the episode debuted. She begged for my attention the whole time we were filming the show, and when she was given the ultimate Major League Baseball CURVE ball, it disturbed her and made her cry a little, so she did what all girls do when they have no other choice in life. They file a lawsuit against you!
