SZA has responded to those criticizing her for undergoing a BBL, or Brazilian bum lift.
In response to a post that stated, “Aka before she got big and BBL culture like,” SZA expressed her frustration with individuals commenting on her looks.
She remarked, “You all make strange comments like this and then question why I feel so different and no longer comfortable with you.” Lol. You all understand I mean different in that I no longer go on live+ chat and don’t interact with you all like that anymore lmao, not different as in altering my looks tf.
SZA once confessed that she regretted undergoing the procedure.
In an interview with Vogue, she stated: “I’m really angry that I did that.” I accumulated all this weight due to being inactive during my recovery and attempting to retain the fat. It was simply so foolish. But who cares? You had a BBL, and you understand now that it wasn’t necessary. It is of no significance. “I’ll engage in plenty more activities similar to this if I choose to before I’m completely gone since this body is fleeting.”
She went on: “It simply wasn’t really essential. I have other things that I need to improve about myself. I really need to sort out my mental health issues. I’m not suggesting that you can’t accomplish those tasks at the same time; I just understand that wherever you are, that’s where you will remain.
However, I adore my backside. Don’t misunderstand me. My behind looks good. I’m thankful that it appears quite similar – I’m not sure, sometimes it feels natural, but I really don’t mind. It’s something I desired. I’m finding it pleasurable. “I enjoy moving it.”
She once likened undergoing the procedure to carrying a purse.
SZA said to Elle: “I dislike trying on outfits.” I don’t purchase anything; I simply wear whatever is sent for free in my mail. I’m thinking, ‘Is it a size extra large? Excellent.’ If I can experience the sensation of being under a blanket while outdoors, that would be perfect. I consider my behind as a handbag. It simply serves to improve anything else. “And that’s the reason I bought it, since it operates independently.”
