Bobby Shmurda claims that he will no longer be performing in an upcoming Rick Ross event, and he is quite upset about this.
Bobby claimed he was removed from the lineup because he had filmed a video laughing about Rozay’s altercation with Drake’s crew in Canada late last month, when he took to Instagram on Wednesday, July 17, to discuss the subject.
Bobby mostly objected to the fact that the MMG billionaire didn’t personally call him about the situation, even though he denied making fun of Ross and claimed to be standing up for him.
Why don’t you give me a call, big mate? In the footage, he asks, “Why do I have to answer the call from n-ggas?” “Discussing how Rick Ross ejected you from the show,” That video I made was an attempt to protect you.
You may still watch the video below, however he later removed it.
In a recent statement, Bobby Shmurda stated that he would be further forward in his music career if he painted his nails like some of his colleagues. This year, he has been at odds with quite a few people.
Using an Instagram picture of his unpainted nails, the Brooklyn rapper asked his followers to quit requesting new songs from him because he believes the system is biased in favor of males who project a more androgynous image.
He replied, “I don’t paint my fingers, so stop asking me to drop music. American DSP and music blogs, which they owned as well, don’t allow real Bodman on playlists. So it’s pointless until something is done with the people who own, run, and manage these platforms.”
Bobby Shmurda claimed earlier this year that a former business associate was starting a negative “propaganda campaign” against him.
The rapper created an Instagram Reel including Meek Mill’s “#RapTherapy” freestyle in February. He used the line, “These are propaganda campaigns,” from the opening monologue to frame the post. They will pay a thousand people to post only negative things about a specific product online since they are aware that if that one product’s true nature is found out, it will negatively impact their earnings.
“To anybody who’s in the business of products advertisement or marketing and endorsements,” he said in the caption, providing background. And for those who are unaware, entertainment encompasses all facets of business. Now, if you want to peruse the internet for information, do it this way.
“Therefore, if you are no longer partners in product, someone will want to kill your character because they will miss out on a huge opportunity to make a lot of money the moment they find out who you are.”
The tweet might have been a reaction to something that happened the week before at a club in London. Bobby was supposed to perform, but he only finished a few songs before there was a brawl.
