The “Nosetalgia” rapper praised Kendrick Lamar significantly for his performance amid his rivalry with Drake.

Pusha T has some knowledge regarding Hip Hop conflicts. The seasoned emcee participated in an interview on Saturday (Dec. 7) during Art Basel, discussing a variety of subjects, including the current conflict between Drake and Kendrick Lamar.

In the currently popular video, journalist Ari Melber references Lamar’s significant line about “euphoria” that mentions Pusha T and inquired what it signifies to him. In the diss track, Lamar expressed, “I’m not fond of you talking trash at Pharrell, for him, I take on the feud/ Yeah, forget all that pushing P, let’s see you push a T/ You’d do better reapplying the pressure on him, you really consider pushing me?/ He’s Terrence Thornton, I’m Terence Crawford, yeah, I’m putting in the work.”

The “Move That Dope” rapper said, “I suppose he was just letting him know he had to confront me before returning and attempting to go after him.” Soon after, Pusha T stated, “I feel it was an excellent moment for me.” That entire conflict was an amazing experience. I believe that due to his appreciation for Hip Hop, he perceived it that way. Pusha T acknowledged Lamar for his approach to the competition.

When questioned whether he thought his “Nosetalgia” partner triumphed over Drake, he responded, “1,000%.” He went so far as to say, “In my opinion, Kendrick is a lyricist, one that speaks to your soul.” When discussing Lamar’s talents, he hinted at his hard-hitting themes that eventually drove Drake to pursue legal measures against the GNX recording artist.

During an interview with Vulture, he characterized his performance by stating, “Amazing.” Amazing showcase. Amazing showcase of rap battles. “Hey, man, Kendrick…” His brother and rap collaborator No Malice stated that the track was a “master class.”

Pusha T and No Malice are preparing to release a new album soon. The pair has not put out an album as Clipse since their 2009 work, Til the Casket Drops, which included collaborations with Cam’ron, Pharrell, Kanye West, Yo Gotti, Ab-Liva, Keri Hilson, and Nicole Hurst.
