The former Director General of Research and Documentation at Government House, Professor Mua’zu Shehu, has been congratulated by Gombe State Government Secretary Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi on his appointment as Permanent Secretary to the Government of Gombe State Service by Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya.

Mua’zu Shehu was likewise commended by Professor Njodi for rising to the position of professor, which is the greatest honor in the academic community.

Prof. Mua’zu is a good gentleman who frequently demonstrates unshakeable commitment and dedication to the work allocated to him, according to the SSG.

“Everyone who chooses academics as a career wants to reach the peak, which is attaining the rank of a professor,” he stated.

“Professor Mua’zu has achieved that, and I am overwhelmed,” he continued. Knowing him and working directly with him, I am not shocked by his legendary work ethic, unwavering commitment, and exceptional achievement both inside and outside of the academic cycle.

The SSG applauded Governor Muhammadu Inuwa’s appointment of Professor Shehu as a Permanent Secretary to the Gombe State Government, pointing out that since Governor Inuwa Yahaya appointed him Director General of Research and Documentation Government House, Professor Shehu has greatly enhanced the governance of the state.

He has been performing exceptionally well, the SSG emphasized, and his nomination as a Permanent Secretary is like putting a square peck in a square hole.

As said in a statement by Joshua DanMallam, Information Officer, SSG’s office, the SSG wished Professor Mua’zu Shehu well in his new role and reminded him that much is required of those to whom much is given.
