Rick Ross hasn’t stopped making jokes about 50 Cent, even trying to go into business with him.
Referencing 50’s significant advancements in the film and television industries with his recently constructed studio complex in Shreveport, Louisiana, Rozay contacted his longtime rival on Instagram with a lucrative proposal.
“I was just asked a question, ‘I see what’s still going on with you and 50 Cent,'” said Ross, sporting a Star Wars t-shirt. Would you say that you won’t conduct business with 50 Cent? Yes, I would.
“50 Cent, I noticed that you contacted a close friend of mine for help in generating money for your film ideas. I saw the sketches and renderings that you thought would depict your potential Shreveport studio.
“I’m going to provide you a once-in-a-lifetime chance to come sit down at the table and present your ideas,” Rozay went on. I will not pledge anything to you. Businessmen don’t talk about the past. It’s fresh money, so I might give it a shot. You are aware of my financial situation. Your life can be changed by me.
The MMG mogul brags in a different post about his business transactions and brand relationships with companies like Rap Snacks, claiming he could put 50 Cent’s visage on a package of potato chips.
He concluded his video with the words, “We got business to do, 50.”
Rick Ross teased 50 Cent about his ex-girlfriend Jamira “Cuban Link” Haines’s alleged relationship with Travis Scott, and now he’s back at it with caustic posts.
Last week, Haines—a model and fitness entrepreneur—was seen walking out of an event with the rapper from Houston. The two apparently got into a car and drove back to a hotel.
Rozay didn’t take long to start taunting 50 when Akademiks uploaded the video to Instagram, saying, “The massacre @50cent.”
By reposting the suggestive video to his Instagram Stories and using lyrics from his hit song “Many Men (Wish Death),” he further teased his rival: “Many men, many many many many men — @50cent [peeking eyes emoji].”
Ross announced in a subsequent post that he was trading in his usual Louis Vuitton sneakers for Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack Jordan sneakers, along with a video showing his shoe collection.
“Today is not for Louis Vuittons. No, no, no. All week, we have been wearing Travis Scotts. He joked, “I’m going to Club LIV in those Travis Scotts.”
2019 saw the start of 50 Cent and Cuban Link’s romance, which seemed to end earlier this year.
