A$AP Rocky has stated unequivocally that you shouldn’t expect to hear the song on his next album Don’t Be Dumb if you’ve already heard it.

In an interview with Zane Lowe for a recent installment of Apple Music’s New Music Daily, Rocky said that tracks that ardent fans unofficially provided were excluded from the new project’s track listing.

About his new song, Rocky said, “It’s very important and special if it makes it on the album.” “Muthafuckas leak most of the songs that I typically perform and stuff like that.

And after it’s out, it’s like, ‘no, that’s not on the project.'” I may occasionally perform it, but it has been leaked. That’s just the way things are. It’s already available.

“Many of these records were leaked at some point, so they didn’t make it.”

Don’t Be Dumb, which comes out on August 30, is confirmed to include “HIGHJACK,” the album’s first single.

Rocky appears to retaliate against Drake on the song by making fun of him for his connection with Rihanna.

The song, which is sung by Jessica Pratt, seems to have multiple subliminal messages directed toward the Six God.

In the first verse, Rocky raps: “Fuck your ho ’cause she like that/ Yeah, bitch fat ass, pretty, I might wife that/ N-ggas swear they pimpin’, Scottie simpin’, get your wife back.”

The line “These n-ggas want my wife bad, the people want my next track” seems to allude to Drake’s past romantic involvement with Rihanna.

A$AP After Hot 97’s DJ Kast One disclosed earlier this week that the “Peso” rapper has several disses planned for Don’t Be Dumb, Rocky’s retaliation against Drake isn’t shocking.

“I heard A$AP Rocky definitely addressing a lot of the main topics that are happening out there right now,” Kast One remarked on air following an album listening event. Let’s just say that the list is quite lengthy.

The DJ said, “Oh, he’s gonna be cemented on the list after this,” in response to the host Ebro Darden’s question on if “Rocky is still on Drake’s list.”
