The “Poland” hitmaker sported a hoodie, a varsity jacket, and additional items with a “The Simpsons”-themed lounge as his background.

October’s Very Own (OVO) and “The Simpsons” are renewing their collaboration for another year, and they’ve brought Lil Yachty on board this time. On Thursday (Dec. 5), the “One Night” performer showcased various pieces from the collection, which will be accessible online and in stores beginning Friday (Dec. 6).

In a single image, Yachty donned a hoodie featuring the supporting characters of the show, such as Ralph Wiggum, Krusty the Clown, Sherri and Terri Mackleberry, along with Lou. In another picture, the Georgia native wore a varsity jacket, with the main family — Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie — positioned in the back, while the front showcased the OVO logo and a pink donut.

Additional products featured in the promotion consisted of a yellow fitted cap and a hoodie designed in “The Simpsons” characteristic yellow and red colors. The partnership was initiated by Disney, which purchased FOX’s assets in 2019 for an astounding $71 billion.

Yachty’s fondness for “The Simpsons” actually dates back quite a while. In 2017, he performed a rap about 59 characters from the show on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” Accompanied by The Roots, the Lil Boat artist delivered lines such as, “Grampa’s shouting at clouds/ Willie’s truly occupied tending the grounds/ Wiggum is the commissioner, inept officer/ And his son Ralph is accomplishing the un-possible.”

The collaboration between OVO and Disney featuring Yachty effectively dispelled rumors of any discord between him and Drake. Fan theories started to spread across the internet once “SOD” was released online without input from the QC artist.

To make matters worse, Yachty temporarily unfollowed his “Another Late Night” partner on Instagram in August. Before that, the duo collaborated on “Oprah’s Bank Account” in 2020. The actor from How High 2 also contributed as a co-writer on tracks from Her Loss such as “Major Distribution,” “BackOutsideBoyz,” “Privileged Rappers,” “Circo Loco,” and “P**sy & Millions.”
