We are a design consultancy creating visual identity, brand strategy, environment design, digital interactions, and live experiences.
Responsibilities
- Take clients’ purchase orders and pass them to the relevant unit.
- Provide clients with helpful product information that will assist them in making a purchasing decision.
- Document and record orders on the POS system.
- Liaise with the relevant team to ensure clients receive their orders.
- Respond to clients on social platforms.
- Perform other ancillary duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- A polite and tech-savvy female.
- HND or BSc in any discipline.
- Resident in the Yaba-Surulere axis.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of sales and client service experience.
- Interior styling and flower decor experience is an added advantage.
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very comfortable with using social media applications such as WhatsApp and Instagram.
