We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development executive to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and establish strong partnerships. This role is pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, formulating and executing go-to-market strategies, and leading a sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Growth and Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term revenue growth and business sustainability.
  1. Strategic Business Development:
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company’s overarching goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, target accounts, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  1. Sales Leadership:
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance the sales teams skills and performance.
  • Establish and monitor sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.
  • Foster a motivating and inspiring environment to drive exceptional team performance.
  1. Pipeline and Opportunity Management:
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting, qualification, and nurturing activities.
  • Implement and optimize sales methodologies and tools to streamline the sales process and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze pipeline metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.
  1. Partnership and Relationship Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  1. Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and messaging.
  • Provide insights on market research, customer segmentation, and value proposition development.
  • Collaborate on lead generation and demand generation activities.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize sales data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with digital sales and marketing strategies.
  • A passion for driving growth and building successful businesses.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the IT Services Industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Certifications in sales or business development.
