Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
- Ensure high academic standards and effective curriculum implementation.
- Supervise and support teachers in delivering quality education.
- Oversee student admissions, discipline, and welfare.
- Foster a positive learning environment for students and staff.
- Manage school operations, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure IT compliance and integration of technology in learning.
- Liaise with parents, the school board, and educational authorities.
- Organize training and professional development programs for teachers.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Ed. in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 6-12 years of experience in teaching and school leadership
- TRCN licensed (Teaching Registration Council of Nigeria)
- Strong administrative and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Deep understanding of curriculum development and implementation
- Proficiency in IT compliance and digital education tools
- Experience in Nursery & Basic Education settings
Location: Lagos Mainland (Proximity to the work zone is an added advantage.)
Remuneration: NGN 175,000 – 225,000
