Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Fishbone Analysis, Gantt Charts
- Develop preventive maintenance plans and ensure optimal machinery performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools (e.g., CAT ET)
- Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime and failures
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-engineering staff
- Supervise teams and manage maintenance operations effectively
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (Engineering background mandatory)
Experience:
- 5–7 years total experience, with at least 5 years in Good Manufacturing Companies
- Relevant exposure to Cat-brand equipment, trucks, payloaders, and forklifts
Other Requirements:
- Preferred Gender/Age: Male, 35–40 years
- Language & Skills: Fluent in English, strong MS Excel, knowledge of fleet/service management solutions
