Qualifications
- First degree in a relevant field.
- A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications such as CISA, ACAMS, CFE, ICA, or CIN are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years in compliance or related assurance functions.
- Strong understanding of corporate functions, including credit, finance, P&C, operations, customer experience, administration, governance, risk, IT, and IT security.
- IT GRC experience is a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
