Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable company in the logistics industry, is seeking a highly skilled HR manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR operations align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the companys goals.

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.

Manage performance appraisal processes and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other compensation matters.

Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee performance.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Maintain accurate HR records and reports for decision-making.
Requirements:

Minimum of four years of experience in Human Resource Management.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage.
