Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR auditing, compliance, or performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in HR Auditing, Compliance, or Performance Management is an advantage.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment with strict performance monitoring.
- Ability to proactively identify workplace inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
