Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a graphics designer role, preferably in a digital agency or tech environment.
• Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is mandatory. Knowledge of Illustrator, After Effects, or other design tools is a plus.
• Creative Thinking: Must be highly creative with the ability to develop original ideas quickly.
• Attention to Detail: Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, composition, typography, and design trends.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive approach to feedback.
