Responsibilitie
- Customer Experience: Deliver a first-class, luxury experience by engaging with customers in an approachable, confident, and knowledgeable manner. Build rapport and understand the needs of our customers to guide them through product selections.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our luxury furniture collections, materials, design aesthetics, and functionality, offering insights that inspire customers.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goals through personalized selling, providing customers with tailored solutions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the sales process.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the showroom’s luxurious ambiance by ensuring product displays are arranged to perfection, consistent with brand standards, and aligned with current trends.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the brand’s image in every customer interaction by showcasing your polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and an impeccable sense of style.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, English, or other related field.
- 5-8 years of previous experience in retail, sales, and customer service, preferably in home décor or furniture, is preferred.
