Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs schedule, including internal/external meetings, board sessions. regulatory engagements, and industry events.
- Prepare high-quality reports. briefing documents. memos, and presentations for board meetings, regulatory filings, and strategic sessions
- Monitor and track key deliverables, initiatives, and deadlines for the Offce of the CEO
- Organize and manage board and executive committee meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Support CEO-led strategic initiatives including project tracking, performance dashboards, and stakeholder communication.
- Handle general administrative duties such as expense reports, procurement approvals, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience.
- Must be tech savvy and open minded
- Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision
- Must be available at the short notice to join meetings virtually.
- Must be able to analyze and present data for decision making using MS excel, SQL Power Bl etc.
- Must be good in memo writing and use of MS power-point and other tools for executive presentations.
