Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented estate surveyor to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for property valuation, real estate market analysis, land surveying, and estate management.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of property laws, market trends, and negotiation skills to ensure profitable real estate transactions and efficient estate administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property valuations for sales, purchases, leases, insurance, and taxation.
  • Perform land and property surveys to determine boundaries, usage, and value.
  • Develop and maintain property databases, ensuring accurate records.
  • Analyze market trends to provide insights on property investments and pricing strategies.
  • Assist clients in property acquisitions, leasing, and sales negotiations.
  • Handle tenancy agreements, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on property valuations, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and government institutions for seamless property transactions.
  • Conduct site inspections and property assessments to determine maintenance and development needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in estate management, surveying, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate surveying, valuation, or real estate management.
  • Proficiency in property valuation techniques and market analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and property tax policies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., NIESV, RICS) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
