Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience teaching English Literature, preferably in an online setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles, ages, and skill levels.
- Strong knowledge of literary theories, criticism, and pedagogy.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, tools, and technologies.
