Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lawyer with a minimum of three (3) years post-call experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, commercial practice, litigation and be able to manage multiple cases and clients effectively.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients across various sectors.
- Handle litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, court appearances, and trial advocacy.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned opinions on diverse legal issues.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for corporate and commercial transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with other team members on complex legal matters.
- Stay updated on evolving technological, legal, and regulatory frameworks affecting clients and the firm.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) years post-call experience in active legal practice.
- Strong litigation, corporate, and commercial law experience.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach to legal issues.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
