Rick Ross seemed unfazed by the incident he had with Drake’s OVO thugs during his performance of Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” at a Canadian show.

As previously reported, Rozay performed a number of shots, including K.Dot’s chart-topping diss track that accuses Drizzy of being a pedophile, on Sunday, June 30, at the Ignite Music Festival in Vancouver.

The 48-year-old was approached by a group of men as he exited the stage with the song still playing. They appeared to be upset that he had performed the song in Drake’s hometown. After exchanging some words, one of the males gave the rapper a sucker punch to the face, sparking a lengthy, all-out fight that lasted several minutes.

After a number of Ross’s associates were battered and knocked to the ground, Team OVO seemed to be the clear winners of the bout. At the conclusion of the altercation, one of the MMG mogul’s associates was rendered unconscious on the grass and required assistance for removal, while the native Floridian himself managed to stay mostly out of the fight despite being hit once.

He made a joke about it in the comments area of an Instagram post after recordings of the incident started going viral, saying, “I thought they were bottle service boys.” Ha!

Soon after the event, he even published a selfie of himself in front of his private plane on Instagram, with the caption, “Vancouver it was fun, till next time,” stamped over the picture.

With the exception of the first blow, Rick Ross appears to have escaped unharmed in the video, and he was observed escaping the altercation with the assistance of festival security.

Never one to turn over a chance to make fun of his longstanding opponent, 50 Cent shared a re-cap of Ross’s video on Instagram with the caption, “LMAO [emoji of a sobbing face] THE GREAT ESCAPE! Meeka, alert the chasers—I’m being pursued. [emoji of a grimace] LOL.

Along with the video, he posted a caption that made fun of Rozay’s ex-girlfriend Tia Kemp for allegedly “throwing no blows” and said, “My guess is ya, won’t be going back to Canada acting like it ain’t what it is.” HAHA @tia_kemp2

Fif mockingly voiced worry for Ross and his group in a subsequent video while talking about the altercation.

“Hey everyone. I want to express to everyone that I hope that brother made it home safely after witnessing an awful incident that occurred in Canada,” he stated. “I hope that he now sees things from a different angle and understands better what to do and don’t do when out in public.

“That scene where the young guy went like [raises fists to body] and shit and got knocked the fuck out doesn’t reflect him; it reflects his camp,” the person said. And maybe he should go fetch the Dream Chasers? Or [laughs] the 305 Killers?” he said, then laughed out of character.
