In a new video titled “Yes,” Big Sean reunites with Lyrical Lemonade and is shown wearing his trap bag once more.

The black and white image, which was released on Tuesday, August 20, shows a stylish Sean mastering the game of chess before splattering paint to bring out the color.

The new stuff could be scary, therefore we had to bring the old ways back. Stupid little bitch wan’ remember some sh*t from a long time ago. They try to take advantage of you while you’re not working hard at your job. In the song, he raps, “N-ggas really think they cutthroat ’cause they talkin’ out they necks.”

Fans are still waiting for the song to drop after it was postponed earlier this month, although it will probably appear live on Big Sean’s next album Better Me Than You.

Sean revealed the information in the Instagram post’s comments area on Monday, August 5.

He wrote, “BETTER ME THAN YOU ALBUM SOON!” in the caption.

In response, one user brought up Sean’s earlier August 9 publication date: “Why are you saying album soon when it’s not supposed to come out on the 9th?!”

“I gotta push it just a little bit,” Sean retorted. The music is finished, but planning listening parties, performances, and other activities can take an extra week or two.

Sean is taking in life lessons from one of the biggest actors in the world, Will Smith, while he completes the Better Me Than You rollout.

The Oscar-winning actor shares some wise words with the Detroit MC in a video of the two speaking that was uploaded on Sean’s TikTok. The actor has worked in the entertainment business for many years.

I refer to the point at which you reach the edge of the tangible world as the cliff top. The opposite of rock bottom is cliff top. Sean nods attentively and listens intently as Smith warns him, “You need to get your shit together or you die, when somebody hits rock bottom and can go no lower.”

“The only options available to you are to find God or perish because there is nothing else in this world.”
