In a recent lawsuit, Kanye West was accused of sharing naked photos of Kim Kardashian with a former colleague and indulging in vulgar sex practices.
According to Rolling Stone, Murphy Aficionado, who was employed by Kanye as a project manager in 2022, has sued the rapper and fashion designer, alleging that he behaved inappropriately during meetings.
Aficionado describes in the lawsuit an alleged November 2022 event at a hotel in Beverly Hills where he was called by West and discovered the rapper topless, panting, and without his pants buttoned.
Aficionado says he spotted Bianca Censori, Ye’s wife, topless when he entered the hotel room and thinks the two had just had sex.
The creator of G.O.O.D. Music allegedly “commanded” Aficionado to sit down and stay when he attempted to leave, then retreated back into the hotel room and left the door open while he and Censori engaged in loud sex.
According to the lawsuit, Kanye allegedly addressed the project manager angrily, “Don’t you like my shirt?” after leaving the room sporting a T-shirt with a Swastika on it.
Aficionado was then purportedly shown nude pictures of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, by the rapper.
The former worker also describes another “uncomfortable” encounter in which Kanye West and an unidentified “famous NFL wide receiver” dressed just in towels were waiting for him to get ready for a massage.
He claims that as West and the athlete alternated audibly having sex with the masseuse, he waited outside.
The lawsuit also alleges that Aficionado would be the target of “racist lectures” and “antisemitic tirades” from Kanye West.
These outbursts frequently focused on the way Jews dominated the Kardashians. At other points, Ye described how Jews were pursuing him and his wealth, according to the complaint.
“The Jews are trying to harm me.” I had my bank account frozen. He allegedly previously told Aficionado, “The Jews got Kim [Kardashian] and my kids,” adding, “The Jews convinced Kim [Kardashian].” Her masters are Jewish.
Following the closure of his contentious Donda Academy school, which he tried in vain to move to a new location in Chatsworth, California, Aficionado was let go by Kanye last year.
The rapper “Runaway” is being sued by Aficionado for wrongful termination, labor code breaches, discrimination, and a hostile work environment. The Donda Academy school and Ye’s Yeezy brand are both named as defendants in the complaint.
As of yet, Kanye has not addressed the accusations made in the lawsuit. Kardashian hasn’t spoken out about the lawsuit either.
The 47-year-old was recently awarded a six-figure settlement for allegedly misclassifying workers as independent contractors, and he has been the target of other lawsuits in recent months about alleged workplace misbehavior.
In order to resolve the dispute out of court, West and his YZY brand have agreed to pay two women $625,000.
