Mac Bre-Z, Gucci Mane’s ex-girlfriend, has accused her of stealing and domestic abuse.
In an Instagram post on Monday, November 4, Mac, who was previously signed to Gucci and collaborated with him, made the charges and said that she was not given due credit for her work on his songs.
You enjoyed working with me on your mixtapes and LPs. However, I would really like to be compensated for my writing credits,” she added, adding an old picture of the two of them.
“They claim that you have improved. So why haven’t you just paid me what I’m entitled to, as the right thing to do? Except for me, everyone is profiting from these records.
“Over the six years we were together, I never did a tell-all or revealed any stories about your personal life,” she continued. While you were on bond for the murder case of Jeezy Artist, I might have snitched and had you arrested when you punched me in the face.
“I never attempted to destroy your reputation or disparage you in the media.”
“Enough is Enough,” Mac Bre-Z continued, hinting that she would take Guwop to court. Time Up. I’m coming to get what is mine. With respect.
Gucci Mane has not yet addressed the charges made against him by his ex-girlfriend.
The violent episode Mac Bre-Z was referring to was captured on tape during a live concert in 2005.
When Gucci tries to eject Mac from the stage and then punches her in the face, the two are seen fighting in the video.
In a 2022 interview with The Progress Report, Mac Bre-Z discussed the incident, stating: “First of all, a lot of people made light of the situation.” I’d never get that since you wouldn’t have the same energy if someone punched your mother, sister, or cousin.
“That was the first and last time he put his hands on me,” she added, perhaps confirming that it was an isolated incident.
Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’Oir have been wed since 2017. BET funded the wedding for their television program The Mane Event, which portrayed the events leading up to the nuptials and the big day in Miami.
Since then, the couple has welcomed two kids.
