Kid Cudi intends to take his Moon Man comic universe one step further by incorporating podcasts.
The actor and rapper said on X on Saturday, July 20, that he was going to launch The Moon Man Chronicles, a podcast that will feature “songs from the soundtrack and a review of each issue of MOON MAN.”
He went on, “The show will air on YouTube, and the first few episodes will star Kyle Higgins, who co-wrote the comics.”
“We’ll be answering questions from the feed to our show, and it will be live streamed,” Cudder stated.

This January, the Moon Man comic book series was released. As said in his statement, Cudi has been releasing music in tandem with the comic book issues. He released “Dreams I See” earlier this month to go along with the most recent edition.
Produced by Matt Spatola and Rami Beatz, the song features the Lonely Stoner rapping, singing, and humming over a spacey, drum-heavy background, channeling an old-school Man on the Moon vibe.
The song’s lyrics are likewise typical of Cudi, featuring vulnerable confessions, an intriguing dream sequence, and catchy inspirational phrases like “In the dreams I see/ My life’s ups and downs, who save energy/ No one but me now, no, no, sail on.”
The song is a companion piece to the most recent Moon Man comic book series, which debuted on Wednesday, July 10, and expands upon his aural universe through visual means.
lunar Man follows the tale of Ramon Townsend, who gains notoriety for saving his ship and crew during an almost disastrous lunar mission, according to Variety.
Townsend wants to go back to Cleveland and live a quiet, normal life, but his goals are clouded by the possibility of what occurred on that trip.
“In the third installment of the series, Townsend starts to push the boundaries of his capabilities, but things get even more complicated when an old friend reappears in his life.”
Alongside the new song and comic book, there’s a limited-edition apparel line with four designs based on the artwork from the most recent series iteration.
