Megan Thee Stallion collaborated with Amazon in June to promote the retailer’s tenth Prime Day, which began on Tuesday, July 16. The artist released new items in support of her “Hot Girl Summer Tour” to help celebrate the launch.

The collection included beach towels, a tote bag, a dog T-shirt with the slogan “Hot Dog Summer,” and a two-piece cropped T-shirt and booty shorts combo in red and yellow, respectively. As a tribute to her “It’s Prime Day” character Megan Thee Lifeguard, the Houston native also made her swimsuit debut in a bikini.

“The Hot Dog Summer T-shirt, perfect for all the Hotties who own dogs or have friends who do, was one of my top choices from Prime Day. “It was really adorable,” she said to ESSENCE.

Megan talked about her experience working with Amazon on their Prime Day commercial elsewhere. “They were really encouraging and receptive to a lot of my own ideas. Since I’m afraid of heights, I’m proud of how we brought Megan Thee Daredevil to life. I also performed all of my stunts for the music video,” she said. “At the end of the day, it was a great experience; it was an authentic and organic partnership, as my friends know how often I use Amazon.”

The June 28 release of “It’s Prime Day,” an Amazon Music exclusive on MEGAN, took place. Pre-release singles from the album, including “HISS,” “Cobra,” and “BOA,” were delivered. The remarkable song “Mamushi,” starring Yuki Chiba, reached its highest position on the Billboard Hot 100 chart at No. 45 recently. Victoria Monét, Big K.R.I.T., UGK, GloRilla, and Kyle Richh were among the other guests.

On July 7 in France, Megan’s “Hot Girl Summer Tour” kicked off its European and U.K. leg. The tour is scheduled to come to an end on Wednesday, July 17, in London, before the rapper known as “Savage” plays two headlining festival gigs in the United States to fully shut it out.
