The journey is scheduled to travel across Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, and Auckland beginning in February 2025.
Drake will be making his first appearance in Australia in over eight years. Thursday night (Nov. 28), he revealed “The Anita Max Win Tour.”
Starting with two consecutive nights at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on Feb. 9-10, 2025, the tour will then continue on to Sydney and Brisbane. Drake is set to finish his series of performances at Auckland, New Zealand’s Spark Arena on February 28th and March 1st.
Tickets for the general public will be released on Dec. 6 at noon local time, with presale tickets being offered starting on Dec. 3. Look down at the post with the announcement.
Drake named his tour “The Anita Max Win Tour” after his 2023 livestream on Kick, where he debuted a new persona called Anita Max Wynn. The nickname is based on “I need a max win,” which usually means getting the highest payout on a slot machine.
In January of the next year, he discontinued selling products with the cartoon character. Two trucker hats in black and aqua colors featuring dollar sign designs and the Stake logo, also including mesh paneling on the back, are now in stock. The official promo video for the release featured appearances from streamers Kai Cenat, Adin Ross, and xQc, who announced “The Anita Max Win Tour” during his live broadcast.
Drake’s latest arena tour, the “It’s All a Blur Tour,” featured 21 Savage and also included the “It’s All a Blur Tour — Big As The What?” with J. Cole, Lil Durk, and 21 Savage at certain stops.
In terms of music, the Canadian hitmaker is preparing to drop a collaborative project with PARTYNEXTDOOR. Nevertheless, he has also released several standalone tracks following his feud with Kendrick Lamar, including songs like “No Face,” the Latto collaboration “Housekeeping Knows,” “Green Blue Red,” and “It’s Up,” which features Savage and Young Thug.
