Even after Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s battle ended, it seems like he still has feelings for the Compton rapper’s inner circle.

On Thursday, June 27, astute fans observed that the 6 God had started to follow the estranged wife of Mustard, the producer of Kendrick Lamar’s smash hit song “Not Like Us,” on Instagram.

Channel Theirry, who has three children with the multi-platinum hitmaker, followed the rapper back in response to Drizzy’s cunning maneuver.

Theirry holds a grudge against Mustard, as the two are involved in a contentious divorce dispute that dates back to May 2022.

Mustard has made an effort to remain impartial in the well-publicized rivalry between the prominent figures in Hip Hop, even in light of Drake’s seeming taunt.

He stated that he was unaware that Kendrick would use his beat for “Not Like Us” in a recent interview with XXL.

“On April 6, my manager’s birthday, I made that beat,” he remarked. “That day, I sent [Kendrick] maybe three [beats.” He took it lightly. It wasn’t until [the song] came out that I heard it.

During the music video filming for the tune, the CEO of 10 Summers refuted rumors that he had been taunting Drake by showing up with a cap of Drizzy’s hometown baseball team, the Toronto Blue Jays.

“I wasn’t making fun of people.” He insisted, “I really wasn’t trolling,” when he spoke with radio host Big Boy. “I purchased a few of my favorite hats. I purchased hats for the STL, Angels, and Braves. I put the title of his new album, Faith of a Mustard Seed, on every one of them.

“That was the last hat I had with Faith of a Mustard Seed on it, and I sweated out two of them at Pop Out [Kendrick Lamar’s Inglewood concert].” It was a Toronto Blue Jays hat, by coincidence.

Mustard went on to say that the headgear was an homage to Baldwin Village, his upbringing in the infamous South Los Angeles neighborhood known as “the Jungles.

“He clarified, “We all wear that hat; I grew up in the jungles.” “Yeah, I wear the neighborhoods and NY hat, which is Nip’s hat. I never gave it much attention since our headwear have multiple meanings, so I wasn’t thinking, “Oh, I’m trying to troll y’all.”

He said, “If I was on that, I probably woulda wacked the Blue Jay off and put an X between it.” “But I wasn’t on that.”
