Cardi B has refuted reports once more that she is having serious financial problems to the point that she would lose her house.
The Bronx rapper referenced a tweet from a user on X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday, August 4, in a post that has since been removed. The tweet contained images of an article from British tabloid The Sun that stated the user might be millions late on her mortgage. The person took into consideration Cardi’s financial situation in addition to the images.

The rapper of “Press” also shared several screen grabs of text exchanges that seemed to be sent by her manager or PR to Cardi and another individual regarding the incorrect headline in The Sun. The piece that sparked Cardi’s outburst appears to have been removed as of this writing.

The rapper known by the stage name “Bodak Yellow” responded to a synopsis of a recent People article in the comments area of an Instagram photo by Jasmine Brand on Saturday, August 3.
Published on Friday, August 2, the post featured a quotation from a “exclusive source” who provided details about the circumstances surrounding Cardi’s earlier this week divorce filing from her husband.
According to the insider, who spoke to People, “She expects a partner who puts the family first and contributes fully as a mom.” This was simply not taking place. He just doesn’t help her as a husband ought to, generally speaking. She needs only positive energy and nice vibes in her life.
