The Freshman Class selection spoke with XXL on Monday, July 8, and shared his favorite musicians, Future, Rod Wave, and Wiz Khalifa. According to Dlow, “I like people that talk about money, motivation, staying in your own lane, and getting some money.” That kind of stuff is what I prefer to hear. Drink some alcohol, smoke some weed, and f**k terrible b**ches.
“The music of Future just speaks for itself.” Ever since “Turn On The Lights,” Bruh has been rapping. Still going, still putting out hits,” the rapper from Florida explained. “[Rod Wave] was more about witnessing a young Black man succeed despite all odds. Right now, he’s selling out stupid arenas. Following its release, the rapper’s “Finesse (Remix)” featuring GloRilla became another hit.
