Drama erupted at Megan Thee Stallion’s album release party when a fight broke out between her bodyguards and a reality celebrity.

After the fight broke out, Meg’s protectors were smacked by celebrity hairstylist Jonathan Wright, a cast member of Bad Boys: Los Angeles, according to video that TMZ was able to secure from the Friday, June 28 event.

Wright and the “BOA” rapper appeared to repair their differences despite the violence.

Following the event, he posted a video of himself and Meg cuddling on Instagram. “Y’all 2 BEST Freeenns has Reuniteddddddd [winking face emoji, multiple heart eyes emoji],” he wrote as the description for the photo.

“Lmaooo dawg hour one of us reunited you were tearing shit up [crying laughter emoji],” the Houston Hottie wrote in response to the post. View the video of the fight here and the post featuring their exchange below.

Although Megan Thee Stallion’s latest album, Megan, is filled with celebrity cameos, one of the standout features might be a verse from the late Pimp C on her UGK and Juicy J collaboration, “Paper Together.”

Fittingly, Pimp makes reference to a stable on the Juicy and Go Grizzly-produced song while he glides over the groove.

He raps, “I used to cut cheese up on the table, but now I sell dope on a record label. A young, yellow bitch’ll rip your stable. You gotta keep the bitch on a long cable.”

Meg stated of landing the posthumous verse when she revealed the tracklist earlier this month: “Likeeee I got Pimp anddd Bunnn on a song stop playing w(ith) me.”

“They ain’t ready!” Bun B commented in the comments.

The fact that the line culminates an exchange from a few years ago made it even more meaningful for the “HISS” artist.

In a congrats post, Chinara Butler, the widow of Pimp C, disclosed that she had some unpublished lines from her late husband saved for her fellow Houstonian, Megan Thee Stallion, upon her joining to Roc Nation back in 2019.

And I’ve saved a few of Pimp C’s unreleased verses just for you! Acquire them now: #TinaSnow #HotGirlOfTheYear She wrote, “#Yessssss #Texasgirls #TrillQueenTalk #megantheestallion #LongLiveThePimp.”

Over her career, Meg has shown her affection for Pimp C.

My mother would be playing Pimp C as I got in the car. “Every day after school, I would get in the car and say, ‘Mama, put on that Pimp,'” she once disclosed in a Complex interview.

I decided to just keep banging him since I felt like a grown-up now. When I was a youngster, he just made me feel so cool. Even though I couldn’t comprehend a word he said, I knew it felt fantastic. I wish I could have met him, and I wish he was still alive.
