Halo, the son of DDG and Halle Bailey, seems to have grown tired of his father’s pranks, as evidenced by their endearing first “argument.”

The rapper and YouTuber can be heard telling a clearly unimpressed Halo in a video uploaded to TikTok on Monday, August 19, that when he gets older, he would be hanging with his dad all the time and participating in every sport imaginable.

The infant then sighed, a move that DDG observed is indicative of a child who is frustrated with him on the internet. He then gave the infant some “space,” and the sweetness just kept getting better.

The internet reacted swiftly to a video that ever-proud dad DDG posted of Halo receiving his first lineup last month, labeling him a clout chaser and saying it was way too soon, among other things.

DDG responded by going back to his Instagram Story and writing, “People got something to say because I got my on a lineup at six months.” Listen, everyone is concerned about their own children. He emerged from within me.

“Now I’m finna preach – y’all so used to Black men being absent fathers,” he went on. The elephant in the room: no other race made any negative remarks! Rather, you need to have simply stated that his lining is crispy, since it truly is! Yes, I am aware.

Earlier, once he and Halle finally revealed Halo’s face, DDG called out internet commentators who made disparaging remarks, making it plain that he does not play about his son.

The couple, who have not disclosed baby Halo’s precise birthdate, have kept their pregnancy a secret the entire time. Last month, they released the first image of the six-month-old’s face.

This photo was allegedly shot not long after the family went to the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda ’24 event at the Archaeological Park of Nora on Sardinia, Italy.

When DDG noticed some of the remarks being made about his little son, he used his Instagram Stories to tell the critics to shut up.
