The Game was seen on camera tripping over while making his way down the aisle at a friend’s wedding, which made for an awkward moment for the star.
This past weekend, the Compton rapper was at rapper Kid Red and Kimora Larue’s wedding when he stumbled and fell on his way to the altar.
Everything was going smoothly until The Game slipped on the white rose petals that were all over the floor halfway down the aisle, leaving other guests gasping.
The video cuts off before showing what happened to The Game after it looked like he had a major tumble.
The hitmaker of “Hate It or Love It” then confirmed that, despite the slip, he did not actually hit the floor.
“Ah slipped on the wet roses, did the James Brown & wiggled up out that shhhhhhiiiii.. the playa way,” he said in an Instagram remark. Nothing to see here [emojis for crying and laughing].
The Game then posted pictures of himself having a great time at the wedding and made jokes about the incident, demonstrating that the mistake did not ruin the day.
“I need to attend more weddings until I have my own, because that’s where the energy is,” he remarked.
In a video that Larue shared, the rapper even gave an appearance of officiating the wedding, standing at the alter with a microphone in hand and declaring the couple husband and wife.
The 44-year-old Documentary MC recently disclosed that his own family would be growing as he prepares to become a father once more.
During his appearance on the Tacos & Shawarma podcast, The Game verified reports circulating about his impending fourth child.
As an older dad, he said that he was getting inspiration from JAY-Z and Mariah Carey, saying, “At 44, I’ll be 65 when my new child is 21.” And unless you consider who is currently 65 years old, that seems kind of old. Mariah Carey must be ten years older than me; I have no idea how old she is. or JAY-Z, or an equivalent person.
“Their next big birthday is probably sixty,” he continued. Not too bad, considering they still look young and stylish out here. But in the end, it’s a fresh start.
