Now that the Chicago rapper has engaged the aid of renowned attorney Drew Findling, 50 Cent is optimistic that Lil Durk will win his murder-for-hire case.

50 said Durk is in excellent hands in an Instagram post on Thursday, November 14, featuring a picture of Findling, who has represented Cardi B, Lil Baby, DaBaby, and others.

Fif wrote, “Lil Durk got Drew Findling on the case he sharp.” “He will hit the bricks again if [the prosecution] didn’t cross their T’s and dot their I’s.”

Earlier that day, news broke of Lil Durk’s new lawyer when the rapper appeared in a federal courthouse in Los Angeles and entered a not guilty plea to the several charges against him.

Prosecutors strongly advise against granting him bond, and a detention hearing has been scheduled for December 12 to decide this.

Due to an alleged murder plot that resulted in the death of his rap rival Quando Rondo’s cousin, Durk was first charged with one count of conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, however, charged him with two additional offenses in a superseding indictment filed on November 7: one count of using interstate facilities to commit murder-for-hire resulting in death, and one count of possessing, using, and discharging firearms and a machine gun in furtherance of a violent crime resulting in death.

50 Cent recalls meeting Durk early on and cautioning him to be cautious around members of his OTF crew after his arrest last month.

In an interview with The Breakfast Club, he stated, “I was telling Durk when he was in New York [when] we did the Power theme [song].” “I thought, ‘This is them? Are they the actual shit? “Yeah, yeah,” he said. “Yo, just watch them,” I said. His team.

“You know what?” Durk answered. I just had a visitor at my place. How could they have known my exact address? My address belongs to whom? “Nobody,” alluding to the home invasion in 2021 in which the rapper and the assailants exchanged gunfire.

Given that there have been rumors that someone in Lil Durk’s OTF camp was acting as an informant, which resulted in his recent arrest for murder for hire, 50’s comments may have been prophetic.

But as of right now, there is neither proof nor confirmation to back up the rumors.
