Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • The ideal candidate will be skilled at building talent pipelines, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering timely, quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placements.
  • Source top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present recruitment progress reports to clients.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in recruitment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools.
