Overview
- We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- The ideal candidate will be skilled at building talent pipelines, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering timely, quality hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placements.
- Source top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Track and report recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present recruitment progress reports to clients.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools.
