50 Cent is prepared to bring his successful business sense to this year’s Invest Fest in Atlanta, Georgia.

The event, which is scheduled for August 23–25, features a stellar lineup that includes Steve Stoute, T.I., Wyclef, will.i.am, Zaytoven, Stephen A. Smith, Lauren London, and many more. Fif will be heading this program.

Earn Your Leisure co-founder Troy Millings told TMZ in a statement that choosing the headliner was obvious because the New Yorker embodies “the powerful blend of culture and business.”

Fellow co-founder Rashad Bilal continued, “We think [50’s] insights and experiences will inspire and empower our audience to pursue their own paths to financial freedom.”

With his forays into the music, booze, merchandise, and most lately, film and television industries, 50 Cent is unquestionably a fantastic fit for the yearly event.

The business tycoon and his group recently presented a “three-phase” plan for the recently opened G-Unit Film Studios in Shreveport, Louisiana, which entails his making direct investments in the neighborhood and its residents. In fact, he has already begun the initial phase of the project, which entails rehabilitating many downtown Shreveport properties.

The 48-year-old’s realtor, Gerod Durden, disclosed that the popular song “In Da Club” singer intends to purchase and refurbish roughly twenty-dozen commercial properties.

“He has a strong love for the city,” Durden remarked. We’ve already closed on a handful of the properties this week—I’d estimate ten or more. It will take another ten or so. All cash offers are made here. There are a lot of places to amuse yourself there that aren’t just for adults and kids.

Here, he is bringing a sizable jump park. It’s a sizable park, after all. These are concepts that the entire team comes up with, and we’re looking at a grocery store in the near downtown Shreveport area. What could be beneficial to the community?

After the business district is revitalized, the group will work to facilitate house ownership by increasing the number of units that are accessible through affordable financing.

Orville Hall, the growth advisor of G-Unit Film Studio, said, “And we start building houses, and we have an idea to grow in the community and help low to moderate-income families get mortgages.”

“And phase three would focus on the youth; we would visit every high school and implement media initiatives to begin preparing and mentoring the youth. All of these items are meant to create a positive environment for youth.

Since 50 Cent and the leaders of G-Unit struck an agreement in November to bring their expanding entertainment empire to Shreveport, Louisiana, relations between the two groups have been nothing but pleasant.

Shortly after city council members submitted a bill authorizing the hip-hop mogul to lease Millennium Movie Studio as a headquarters for his business, the agreement was completed.
