After suggesting a collaboration with Canadian superstar Kendrick Lamar and establishing a connection with Drake, 50 Cent has been accused of abandoning Lamar.

The G-Unit leader, who collaborated with Kendrick on the 2013 song “We Up” and is pals with both of them, including Dr. Dre and Eminem, came under heavy fire over the weekend for hanging out with Drizzy in Toronto.

“Brain [brain emoji] storming last night me and @champagnepapi gonna get the [camera emoji] rolling biggest ting on your TV GLG,” 50 said with a photo of the two of them on Instagram.

Given that both men are now successful producers of motion pictures and television shows, the remark implies that their partnership will likely take the form of a movie or television show rather than a musical endeavor.

In another social media post, 50 and Drake were spotted hanging out with Canadian rappers Pressa and Bundog, the latter of whom was scheduled to open for the Queens, New York native on his most recent tour.

Fans of the Compton rapper were offended when 50 Cent sided with Drake during his nasty spat with Kendrick Lamar. One person said, “Dang, Fif! You took a stand against K-DOT? Nope. Bruh.

Another remarked, “He aint it, nah 50.” That’s Kendrick’s Ja Rule,” said one, while another emphasized their mutual affiliation with Dr. Dre’s Aftermath record company, saying, “This might be the first 50 cent L ever.” How do you support the loser in the aftermath and the winner? Haha. Poor appearance.

Given his own history of disparaging people who supported his opponents, a fourth critic called 50 a hypocrite, saying, “This weird as hell to me because if you fraternize with the enemy 50 cutting you loose.” This also held true for his own son.

“However, Kendrick is green lighting shit with Drake while Dre is okay with Eminem, who just so happens to be 50 main man. “N-gga, practice what you preach.”

Some others supported 50 Cent, with one user drawing attention to the fact that 50 and Drake are enemies because they both detest Rick Ross. However, I am aware that 50 has nothing against Kendrick. They’re awesome.

“50 is untouchable in the industry; he does what he wants, and I respect that,” another person stated.

In the past, 50 Cent has expressed his thoughts on the feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, complimenting both rappers on different occasions.

At first, he cheered Drizzy’s diss song, “Push Ups,” which poked fun at Rick Ross, Future, Metro Boomin, The Weeknd, and K. Dot in addition to K. Dot.

He posted on Instagram, saying, “A light-skinned Ni66a smoked all you [ninja emoji]s.” It would be better if everyone got stoned like a motherfucker and came up with something.

Fif was equally complimentary when Kendrick responded more than a week later with “Euphoria,” adding, “This is real hip hop shit go check it out, I would have posted it but it’s too long.”

Throughout the battle, Drake has alluded to 50 Cent on multiple occasions. For example, in the music video for “Family Matters,” he includes a G-Unit spinner chain, and in the opening line of “Push Ups,” he mentions DJ Whoo Kid’s album.

He also appeared in Eminem’s renowned “Free Yayo” shirt last week, seemingly mocking Kendrick’s erstwhile TDE labelmate ScHoolboy Q, who had implied that the dispute was the cause of the cancellation of his Toronto show.
