50 Cent has responded to those criticizing his Las Vegas residency, stating that he offers a unique style of performance compared to Usher and Chris Brown.

Despite receiving some unfavorable critiques for his six-show engagement in Sin City, the G-Unit leader has made it a favored spot among both tourists and locals (and reportedly earned him $15 million).

On the last date of his residency at PH Live, a location within Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, 50 responded to some of the criticism directed at him.

“They remarked that the audio quality was poor,” he stated with a grin. “I told her, ‘Girl, you were meant to say something like, ‘50 always doing this’ [waves hand in the air repeatedly].” That’s what I’m going to do! Don’t claim the music was terrible. Forget all that, dude.

“What, did you think I was going to be out here rollerblading like Usher?” I witnessed something, Chris Brown was airborne in Africa. “I don’t possess documentation that necessitates my flying in Africa.”

50 then returned to the main event and stated: “If you’re not exhausted, show me your hands in the air for me.”

The Power mogul also responded to the backlash on social media, challenging Hot 97’s coverage of a notably unfavorable critique of his residency on its site.

In an Instagram post that has since been deleted, he stated: “Wow. Hot 97 animosity. I understand that the station is crumbling, but you shouldn’t keep sharing the same kind of world star posts. “This is simply detrimental to Hip Hop.”

The severe critique in question originated from well-known travel blogger Vegas Star Fish, who labeled 50’s residency as “the worst show that has ever appeared in Vegas.”

“The audio was poorly balanced, rendering the performance inaudible.” His hypemen were relentless and overpowering, making it hard to hear anything except their echoes. The stage setup and visuals seemed as if they were assembled just 15 minutes before the performance using a Chat GPT request for ‘90’s hip hop imagery,’” her popular Instagram post stated.

In the lead-up to this event, 50’s public relations team indicated that it would be an unforgettable evening brimming with surprises and excitement. The sole surprise was the absence of energy. There was nearly no audience interaction; the requests for an ‘encore’ started 63 minutes into the show, and he came back to perform for an additional 15 minutes before abruptly exiting the stage without any acknowledgment.

Star Fish finished with the statement: “This was the most terrible live show, for any performer, I’ve ever witnessed. I realize he’s accomplished and doesn’t require a residency, so why pursue it if he’s unwilling to invest any effort?

Ja Rule, 50 Cent’s longstanding adversary, wasted no time adding to the misery of his fellow Queens, New York compatriot, sharing Vegas Star Fish’s video on X (formerly Twitter) and commenting: “Not the worst… [crying face emojis] #ICONN.”
